What is the turnaround time for custom print orders?
Most of our custom apparel is printed and ready for shipment within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays, production may take up to 7 business days.
How should I care for my printed garments?
To preserve the vibrancy of the print, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to prevent shrinkage and design cracking.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Jumble Creative Prints ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for fashion items?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-designed prints are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
